  4. I’ve been thinking…

    I’ve been thinking, and I realised that I hate the way “The Ugly Duckling” ends. I hate how he had to turn into a swan for others to accept him, and how he had to be like everyone else. He wasn’t ugly, he was just different. And, to be honest, I think that different is good. So I hate the way “The Ugly Duckling” ends.

  6. 9th of December

    Today was good. Not great, not bad, just.. mediocre. And I can’t stand that! I want every day to be perfect! I want every single day to count! But it’s just so difficult! Today I studied hard, I did my best about that, yet I don’t feel fully satisfied about myself. I didn’t workout. I just did my squat-a-thon for today, which was 60 squats. If you are unaware of what I am talking about, here is a picture:

    The problem is, no matter how hard I try, I never feel like I have done enough. I always -always- think that I should have done more, and that is sad. Anyway today’s lunch was pretty good! It included tabouli salad, yummy, with 40 grams of feta cheese and lettuce! 

    I had plenty of sleep last night and that made me feel very good and energetic this morning, I had my lesson and then started studying up until now. I just stopped to make this post and then I’ll go back to study biochemistry -which I hate. Although I find it hard to keep up with everyday challenges, I know I will make it in the end because I really believe in myself. I never did. But now, I do. I mean, come on, I’ve come this far, I can make it to the finish line! That’s all folks! 

     


  7. Holidays are coming yayyyy

    Only 2 weeks until the Christmas break woohooo! I feel so happy! Right now I am studying for a math test I will write tomorrow and I took a moment to apreciate the christmas lights in my room. And then I thought, why not upload a picture to share with everyone my christmasy atmosphere?

    Plus, on six days I will watch The Hobbit AND THIS MAKES ME SO HAPPY AND EXCITED!!! I’ve been waiting for this film and counting the days for it to come out since they released the 1st trailer almost one year ago! And now the day has almost come! PERFECT!

  8. Worst Week.

    As you can guess by the title, this has been a horrible horrible week, full of binging. I wish I could turn back the time and start this week all over, but -obviously- I can’t. So I will start from tomorrow this new week and be positive about it and do my best! However, this week had some good parts, which I don’t regret, and I don’t feel guilty about. The news of this week: 

    1. Started making “to do” lists about what I have/want to do everyday, so that I will not forget! I feel so organised -hehe- 
    2. Started reading The Boy In The Striped Pajamas by John Boyne (well, almost finishing it) after watcing the film last Saturday! Totally recommend it!
    3. Started using this perfect cleanser for my face and it has very good results, as well as a bb cream which I use every morning! 
    4. I booked tickets for “The Hobbit” premiere on 13/12! OMG I AM SO HAPPY ABOUT THAT.

    I just noticed that I “started” to do many things that I hope I will keep doing lol. 

    As for today’s intake:

    • Breakfast: A slice of whole wheat bread with a tsp of cottage cheese, a freshly squeezed orange juice and half a banana.
    • Lunch: 150 gramms of an amazing new recipe I found which is Chicken with Feta cheese. YUMMY. Pluss a beet salad.
    • Dinner: A lettuce salad and a tuna canned in water! 
    • Snacks: A protein bar, 1 red apple, 3 dried plums 

    Anyway, no matter how much I disliked this week I hope I will do better next week, and I will definitely try my best! 

    p.s.: Don’t think I’m weird just because I think the week is over and it’s thursday lol! It’s because I visit my nutritionist every thursday and every new week for me starts on fridays! 

     


  9. Goodmorning sunshines! oops, it’s afternoon.

    Today’s post will all be about things I want to buy and things I will definitely buy. First of all I really really reaaaaally have to get one of victoria’s secret PINK water bottles! I mean, they look so perfect and fashionable and I will go around and be all like “go away little peasant my water bottle is better than yours!” Well, the bad news is I can’t find them on amazon and I don’t know where to get these from! Any ideas? 

    Also, Sharee’s new video got me thinking, maybe I have to get some Goal Clothes. That way I can stay motivated in order to fit in these clothes some day! I was thinking of maybe a little black dress! Everyone loves little black dresses! But we’ll see! Another thing I was thinking about today is I really need 2-3 sports’ bras! I’ll get them when I reach 85 kg! That’s a good treat for myself! New things always cheer me up! ;) 

    By the way, this is my last year at home as it is the last year of high-school and I am so excited that my new life is about to start! HEY I LOVE IT HERE but, you know, it’s always exciting to start fresh! No one knows your past, they don’t judge you about it.

    Last but not least, I convinced my mom to drive me to Komotini, a small town near home which has a big cinema andddd I will be watching The Hobbit on December 13th tourouroum! It will be one of the best days evaaaaa! 

    So as a little hobbit, I am on an unexpected jurney towards my big dream and my dream body! And don’t forget, you don’t have to wish for it, it is not enough. You’ve got to sweat for it.

     


  10. The smiles returning to the faces!

    Quoting the beatles I come here today smiling and happy to say hi!:D Today I had the longest run in a long time! 2.5 km! *so excited* Ok I sent my dad to go and get me a new scale so I can weight my self at home! Results: 195.6 lbs! Excited about that too! Also, the past month I’ve come to realise that my opinion about tea is actually changing! I was always really fond of Earl Grey with milk. Always saying “It is the best tea!” and “You’ve never tried anything like that before!”. Well that was until I myself got hung up on something better. Twinings’ green tea with lemon that is, good lord. I can never EVER get enough. I mean, I never liked green tea THAT much. Try putting a drop of honey in there and it tastes amazingly!

    But I love this scene so, excuse meee, but I HAD to post that gif! Actually I love Sheldon’s weirdness and awesomeness and he kinda makes me try harder because he never stops trying. Anyhow, I love you guys! Don’t forget that progress is progress, no matter how small it is!
